At the Woods Women Forest Bathing Retreat we’re inviting you to gather and connect with Mother Nature in an empowering and holistic way. Learn how to safely process and utilize various types of wood from the forest to build fire and warm your bones in the sauna!
This Weekend or Day Retreat is designed to empower and support women to build practical woodland skills while embodying awareness and connection with Earth’s powerful healing elements.
Whether you’re learning the basics of how to safely operate a chainsaw, confidently split wood with an axe, basking under the forest canopy or unwinding with the fruits of your labor through the soothing heat of a wood-fired sauna, this experience will be interconnected and deeply satisfying to body & soul.

Day Retreat for Saturday March 29 | 9-9p | Includes: -Chainsaw 101 workshop -Work gloves and ear protection -Lessons in bucking, limbing & wood-splitting -Movement and Stretch workshop with Grow Strong -Healthy snacks and light refreshments -Shared dinner around the campfire -Community Sauna Session Weekend Retreat Bed & Breakfast accommodations are available at this retreat location in a shared cabin. $65 per night or $25 for tent/van camping. Friday night includes community sauna 7-9:30p.
