Wellness Fest at BMY+

We are excited to gather with the wellness community at Blue Mountain Yoga+ on Saturday June 8th for the 3rd annual Wellness Fest! We will be offering free contrast therapy with our mobile wood-fired sauna fired and an ice plunge!

Seltzer water with sample herbal extracts provided. Bring your own cup/water bottle, please.

To reserve your space in the sauna, please RSVP with your desired 30-min slot on RSVP form and we’ll get back to you with availability on a first come first serve basis. Once your scheduled, pack your bathing suit, plus two towels (one for sitting in the sauna, one for drying off) and sign our sauna user agreement and liability waiver linked to our website. If you’d like to book two 30-min spots back to back, that may be arranged depending on availability!
