Celebrate the final descent into the darkest days & rebirth of the |[SUN]| with an evening of Healing ((Sound)) + Sacred Fire. 

This deep sonic journey will be guided by Anna Mae of "Embodied Alchemy Arts" to & Jesse Ahmann "The Montana Cellist".

SCHEDULE:

5:30pm Our evening begins with a gentle toning practice to cultivate inner//outer resonance + activate the powerful sound healing instrument within, the VOICE. 

6-7pm Participants are invited to simply rest + receive the healing vibrations of an orchestra sound healing instruments, including cello & voice. (The sauna will also be opened at this time for an easeful freedom to go back & forth between the dome & meditative sauna space - honoring the sacred fire within.)

7-9pm Community Sauna + Cold Plunge connection space 

INVESTMENT: 

Full evening of Sound + Sauna = $60

Sound Bath only from 5:30-7pm = $40

Community Sauna only from 7-9pm = $30 

Soak in the Sound in the geodome wood-fired clawfoot Bath = $20 add-on, can be shared up to 2 people

Space is LIMITED to 10 participants for the Sound Bath portion of the evening. 

Beginning at 6:30pm, Vegetari will also be serving a hearty & organic butternut minestrone soup  (GF, vegan) for $10. If you would like to add this meal on to your evening, please RSVP to Jamie Walkush, vegetariwa@gmail.com, venmo: @vegetari.

Vegetari specializes in plant-based nourishing comfort food and sells regularly at local farmers markets, pop-up events, and is expanding towards catering and weekly meal services in the community. Vegetari strives to provide healthy, fresh food options for plant-based eaters and omnivores alike.
