About the event

Join us for an evening of Sauna and Sound Immersion as we begin hosting again at the Forest Bathing Sanctuary on Sunday 9/3. Featuring special guest performance in the geodesic dome from local cellist artist Jesse Amman! Jesse will begin and close out the evening to offer a deeply immersive, relaxing and meditative sound experience.

~Cellist Jesse Ahmann is classically trained, yet his exploration into sound frequency healing

has led him to play live cello for sound therapy events, cacoa ceremonies, and yoga classes. 

His presence on YouTube (Montana Cellist), creating 1-10 hour pieces has led to opportunities 

to score a feature film and a video game~

-Light and rejuvenating refreshments will be offered.

-Bring a bathrobe, slip on shoes, towel, mat or blanket & water bottle.

-Live cello music will begin and close out the evening.

-45 min Herbal Bath or Foot Bath add-ons available (request ahead please).

-Sauna’s will be hot from 6-9ish

Join in at anytime!

Kids over the age of 11 are welcome.

Sauna’s will be hot from 6-930pm. Join in at anytime! Kids over the age of 11 are welcome.
