This New Moon in Aries (with Sun also in Aries) quickly follows the Spring Equinox. The time is ripe with new beginnings and budding possibilities! Come sauna & bathe in the forest with intention and the inherent wisdom of woman. All identifying women are welcome to join this open sauna.

Moon Cycles give us the opportunity to reset on a new moon or let things go on a full moon. This New Moon  Sauna is a refreshing and intentional time to make space for new habits, direction, and growth.  

This is a shared open women's sauna for up to 5 people. All identifying women are welcome. There is also a private session available from 4-6pm.
