Group Breathwork & Sauna

In this guided breathwork session we will be combining two forms of breathwork: The Wim Hof method and the Conscious Circular breathing method. The result of the Wim Hof method is stimulating and rejuvenating for your somatic systems. Whereas the Conscious Circular Breath Method has a stimulating effect for the mind and spirit. These are combined in one seamless flow to the rhythm of a curated sound track. Before we begin the journey we will have a brief presentation of the structure of the techniques and what is happening physiologically with your body.

-No heavy meals before breath work, light meal before is ok.

-Bring water bottle, light blanket, two small pillows (one for head and one for back of knees), and a mat (we have a few to borrow, please let us know if you’d like to use one).

Please Note: This style of breathwork can be demanding physically, energetically and emotionally; therefore, we do not recommend it for anyone who is pregnant, has had heart attacks, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, severe hypertension, severe bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy, or has recently had any major surgery.

Herbal Tea, Outdoor Fire, Sauna & Cold-Plunge before or after is provided for clearing and integration. 

Tea is served and Breathwork begins at 615. Please feel free to bring your own light snacks for after.
