Moon Cycles give us the opportunity to reset on a new moon or let things go on a full moon. The Full Moon Sweat is a revitalizing and intentional release of all things that do not serve us, to make space for things that do.  Book a private session from 1-3p or 4-6p, or drop in to a community slot from 7-930p where you may share your session with up to 3 other people.
