Sauna bathing in community plays an important role in the countless health benefits of the sauna experience. This is a shared session for up to 8 people. Communal use of two sauna’s, the geodome lounge, outdoor kitchen, hot + cold showers, and cold plunge pool is expected. Inside the sauna there is a clothing optional policy. We want people do what is most comfortable. Any inappropriate or sexual behavior will be grounds for immediate removal from the session.
